“Jo Jo…you are NOT like the other entertainers!”   This is what I hear from audience members wherever I go.  I ask them what makes me so different and the response is usually something like…”You sing and dance and you make us laugh!” or  “Where do you get all that energy?”  or “You should be on Broadway!” 

    Senior Citizens have a wealth of experiences and they appreciate the caliber and sincerity of my performances.  When I entertain in a Senior Center, Assisted Living Facility or a Nursing Home I present myself with the same professionalism and enthusiasm as if those same people were watching from an orchestra seat at Radio City Music Hall or from a table at an intimate cabaret.

I have with audience members just prior to and after my performances.  I enjoy the interaction and continue that connection right through my shows.
 
    I always include personal anecdotes about growing up, my family and the lighter side of life.  It’s so important for the audience to feel a connection to the performer.  My experience is that my dedication to showmanship and personality incline people to look forward to, not just the entertainment, but to the entertainer as well.

    Good Entertainment is Good Therapy…for all of us!
